dsh-precise-cache adds one extra line beside the stats bar under the chat input showing the cache-hit rate to five decimal places (e.g. 'Precise cache hit 99.87654%') — because the built-in stats bar rounds the cache-hit rate to a whole number, displaying 100% once the real rate passes 99.5%. The plugin uses the exact same tokenUsage projection data the built-in line uses and never rounds; it hides itself until the session has some billed input. It makes no requests and changes no numbers.
Install

Other ways: npx dsh-precise-cache install, or node scripts/install.js install --from . --force from a checkout. Uninstall: same PowerShell script with -Uninstall, or npx dsh-precise-cache uninstall.

- Why don't I see the line?
- It only shows once the session has some billed input — before that it hides itself on purpose. Send a message and look again.
- Does it change billing or slow dsh down?
- No — it only reads statistics dsh already computes; it makes no requests and changes no numbers.
- Why five decimals?
- The built-in bar rounds to a whole number (100% at 99.5%); this plugin never rounds.
