DSH plug-in: Dialogue node navigation bar (right edge node string quickly jumps to user messages)
dsh-navbar adds a conversation node navigation rail to the DSH web interface. A vertically spaced strip of dot nodes runs along the right edge — one node per user message. The active pill follows your scroll position. Hover any node to see a 6-line preview card; click to smooth-scroll with a highlight ring. Sliding window activates above 11 nodes. Message pinning: click the pin button on any assistant reply to make it a persistent golden disc in the rail (saved per session in localStorage). A load-earlier-history button sits at the top of the rail when older messages exist, preserving reading position. Zero data-channel dependencies — driven entirely by official DSH anchor attributes, no polling, no tools, no agent interaction.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add "github:vlln/dsh-navbar#main"Also via npm: dsh plugin --profile web add @vlln/dsh-navbar@0.4.0. Build artifacts are committed — git install does not trigger a build step on your machine. Restart DSH web after install. Disable/enable in Settings > Plugins panel.

- Yes. Hover any assistant reply's action bar and click the pin button. The node becomes a golden slim elliptical disc in the rail. Pin state is saved per session in browser localStorage and survives page refreshes.
- What DSH version do I need?
- DSH build 0806 or newer (the data-time-hover-root attribute was added August 6). Earlier builds are not supported.
