Floating community panel for the Web UI: 24h hot topics and hot plugins TOP10 with a draggable, always-on-top button.
Adds a floating panel to the DeepSeek Harness Web UI that surfaces what is hot in the dsh community right now: 24-hour hot topics and the top-10 hot plugins, behind a draggable always-on-top button whose position persists across reloads. The panel has two tabs — Hot Topics, the 24h-hottest GitHub Discussions of deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness ranked by comments and reactions with a 24h badge on fresh threads, and Hot Plugins TOP10, the curated awesome-dsh-plugin community list ranked by GitHub stars with npm-download ranking as an automatic fallback. Every row deep-links to the discussion or repository in a new tab, and the button carries a live badge with auto-refresh on a configurable interval.
