One-click restart button for the DeepSeek Harness Web UI: sidebar footer button, single click restarts the dsh web process.
Adds a one-click restart button (↻) to the DSH Web sidebar footer next to Settings: a single click immediately restarts the dsh web process (~15–20s disconnect, sessions persist and recover automatically). The button is persistent (bundle-layer install), shows in-flight feedback (red 重启中… → 已触发), has a re-entry guard against double clicks, and includes an online status dot polling GET /dsh-health every 5s.
