Toukaiteio/dsh-plugin-installer

A marketplace plugin to quickly integrate your DeepSeek Harness into the GitHub

dsh-plugin-installer adds an in-app Plugin Marketplace to the DSH Web UI under Settings → Plugins. It discovers repositories from the GitHub dsh-plugin and dsh topics, verifies each is a real DSH bundle (root package.json with dsh.bundle.patch), and installs at a pinned commit. Features: Release version selection, SHA-256 verification of Release archives, installed-state detection, automatic update checks, one-click updates and removal, profile switching/creation, and 12-minute client+server caching to reduce GitHub API calls.

FAQ

What does the plugin verify before installing a bundle?
It checks that the repository has a root package.json containing dsh.bundle.patch — the required DSH bundle declaration. Unverified repositories (plain npm packages, apps, etc.) are excluded from marketplace results.
How does it install plugins — does it run arbitrary scripts?
For GitHub Release installs, it downloads the published .tgz build artifact and verifies its SHA-256 digest when GitHub provides one. Source installs are allowed only when the checked-in JavaScript entry already exists, so no build scripts run at install time.
Can I keep it updated automatically?
The marketplace checks for its own updates and shows a one-click update action in the UI. Other installed plugins show their available update versions in the marketplace list with a one-click update action.
