Attachment expansion for the DSH Web composer, Codex-style: makes it accept PDF, Office (docx/xlsx/pptx), TIFF, epub/odt/rtf, long-document text, and scanned-PDF OCR. PDFs with a text layer are extracted (pymupdf4llm high-fidelity ≤40 pages, pdfjs fallback) onto a document card merged on send; scanned PDFs go through tesseract.js OCR at confidence ≥45 with page-image fallback; epub/odt use in-process jszip + turndown; rtf reports a clear install hint. Over-limit documents spill to the workspace with an index card — never silently truncated.
