licat2023/dsh-session-tabs
dsh-session-tabs adds a browser-style session tab bar to DeepSeek Harness: every session you open gets a top tab -- click to switch, close per tab, start new sessions -- with the current session highlighted and its running state visible at a glance. The tab history is an activation log: every switch (clicking a tab, closing the active tab, creating a session) truncates the forward chain and appends the current session to the stack tail; closing a tab removes its entry from the strip but not from history, so going back onto a closed tab reopens it. Closing the active tab switches to the right neighbour (recorded like a normal switch); closing all tabs returns to a terminal home where back restores the most recent entry and forward is a no-op.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:licat2023/dsh-session-tabsThe README uses the deployment-level GitHub form; the bare npm name dsh-session-tabs is not on the public registry as of 2026-10-01, so the GitHub form is the one to use. A local-checkout path form (dsh plugin --profile web add ./dsh-session-tabs) and a manual package.json + cordis.patch.yml route are also documented.
Compatibility
DSH Web. Deployment-level -- auto-loads after refresh. The README screenshots show the tab bar starting at the sidebar's right edge with parallel sessions.

FAQ
- How do I install dsh-session-tabs?
- dsh plugin --profile web add github:licat2023/dsh-session-tabs; the bare npm name is not on the public registry as of 2026-10-01.
- What does the tab bar do?
- Gives each opened session a top tab you can click to switch, close per tab, or use to start new sessions, with the active session highlighted and its running state shown.
- Does closing a tab delete the session?
- No -- closing only removes its entry from the strip; the history keeps it, so going back onto a closed tab reopens it.
