DSH Web UI session progress plug-in: resident session progress bar in the input box docking area (todos real progress/real-time token generation rate/interruption orange state/to-do reminder), zero core changes

DSH Web UI session progress plugin: a persistent session progress bar in the input dock area of the DeepSeek Harness Web GUI, with zero core changes. Shows elapsed time (0.1s steps, collapsing after a full minute), real-todos ratio fill (100% default without todos), real-time token generation rate while running (self-calibrating estimate + 1s sliding-window smoothing), completion in light green, interrupted orange-red state (manual stop / API errors), and an amber attention hint for subagent todos. Version-tracked against DSH snapshot releases with verified boot checks on real instances.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add '@dsh-external/dsh-ui-progress@github:lhh010/dsh-ui-progress#v0.10.2'

DSH plugin install per README (English edition): dsh plugin --profile web add '@dsh-external/dsh-ui-progress@github:lhh010/dsh-ui-progress#v0.10.2' — pick the tag matching your DSH snapshot from the README's snapshot-to-tag table (current pinned tag v0.10.2). npm package NOT published (registry 404 re-verified 2026-09-18). The package.json declares dshClient/dsh.client metadata, so the host loads it as a client plugin. After snapshot upgrades you must re-run pnpm run build (the 0809+ host validates build artifacts and refuses to start otherwise). Re-verified 2026-09-18: README command was pnpm add ...#v0.9.1; README now prescribes dsh plugin --profile web add ...#v0.10.2 — both the command form and the pin were stale.

Compatibility

DSH snapshots 0805-0812; npm release @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.0.1-rc.5 (dist-tag next) and 0.0.1-rc.2 verified on real instances. Pure client plugin (never touches agent-loop).

FAQ

Which snapshot do I need?
Pick the tag matching your DSH snapshot — v0.9.1 targets snapshot0810 and is verified compatible with 0811, 0812, and the npm rc.5 release.
Does it modify the agent loop?
No — it is a pure client plugin; zero core changes.
Why re-build after snapshot upgrades?
The 0809+ host validates dshClient build artifacts at activation and refuses to start if they are missing or stale — re-run pnpm run build.
