dsh-conversation-indicator shows a compact capsule panel vertically centered on the right edge of the conversation area (next to the scrollbar): every user message gets one clickable indicator chip (DOM kind user; assistant replies unmarked by default). Clicking a chip smooth-scrolls the conversation to that message — no scrollbar dragging or wading through tool-call content in long sessions. Hovering a marker shows a conversation summary. The panel stays hidden while the conversation scrolls or streams and only appears when the mouse nears its zone, fading out on leave. It listens to the app's conversation scroll container and requires no harness changes or server logic.
Install

Dev form: dsh plugin --profile web add file:<path>. Self-contained vanilla DOM — no ../dsh sibling needed at install.
