YZz-S/dsh-workspace-files-explorer
Floating workspace file-tree browser for the Web GUI with line-numbered syntax highlighting and Markdown preview.
A floating workspace file explorer for the DeepSeek Harness web GUI: browse the current session workspace's file tree in a floating panel docked top-right by default. The tree is lazy-loaded with directories first, hidden files dimmed, file sizes shown, and a 500-item truncation notice per directory. Clicking a file opens a preview — code files get line numbers and syntax highlighting for 30+ languages, Markdown files render as rich text. Markdown rendering escapes the whole HTML and only allows http/https links for safety.

FAQ
- Is the file browsing read-only?
- Yes — the host half exposes read-only /api/wsf-explorer/* routes; the plugin browses and previews but cannot modify workspace files.
- What happens with very large directories?
- Directories are truncated at 500 items with a notice, and oversized files are truncated in preview to keep the UI responsive.
- Is Markdown preview safe?
- The entire HTML is escaped before rendering and links only allow http/https with rel="noopener noreferrer", so previewing untrusted Markdown cannot inject scripts.
