dsh-composer-history adds terminal-style input history to the DeepSeek Harness Web GUI composer. Press ↑/↓ to recall previous messages (edge-first: caret moves first, recall triggers only when caret is at the top/bottom line); the first recall stashes the current draft so Esc restores it. History persists across page reloads. Ctrl+R opens a reverse-search overlay across messages, snippets, and prompt templates. Supports /save and /load snippets and templates with {{workspace}}/{{session}}/{{draft}} variables.

- Does this modify the DSH agent or model behavior?
- No — dsh-composer-history is a pure UI plugin. It never sends model requests, emits session events, or touches the agent loop. Recalled text only enters your composer draft; it reaches the model only when you press Enter.
- Does my message history persist across browser reloads?
- Yes — every sent message is appended to a bounded browser-local store (IndexedDB/localStorage), so history survives page reloads and browser restarts. History is stored only in your browser, never sent over the network.
- How does reverse search work?
- Press Ctrl+R (configurable) to open a query overlay that searches across your full message history, saved snippets, and prompt templates simultaneously. Results are shown as snippets you can select to fill the composer.
