Fills in the blank plugin cards on the DSH Web Settings → plugin list page: every plugin card gets a bilingual (zh/en) function description, and the plugin publishes a pluginDescriptions service so other plugins can register their own descriptions. One composition row enters both the host composition (Node part) and the browser plugin roster (client part), mounting automatically at every DSH start across sessions. Search upgrades to match plugin name, entry id, and description text; language switches with the UI. The built-in dictionary for 134 official module names is only the default — any plugin can register/override via the service, with priority above the built-in dictionary.
