multica-ai/dsh-multica-runtime

Support dsh runtime on Multica.

dsh-multica-runtime is the integration bridge that connects Multica AI to DeepSeek Harness. It exposes a versioned JSONL protocol over stdio and composes over @deepseek-ai/dsh-base without requiring any changes to the DSH core. The runtime supports model and thinking-level discovery from DSH itself, and delivers committed text, reasoning, tool, result, and token-usage events back to the Multica orchestrator. DSH telemetry is explicitly disabled in the bundle patch. stdout carries protocol events only; all diagnostics go to stderr.
