Discovers the build commands a project already declares — Makefile targets, package.json scripts (npm / yarn / pnpm / bun), justfile recipes and deno tasks — and exposes them to the agent as ready-to-run tools instead of guessing. On activation the workspace root is inspected once; every found command becomes a registered tool named deterministically (make_build, pnpm_dev, just_lint) with numeric-suffix collision handling. Recipes carry descriptions and prerequisite lists.
