Deepseek-Harness-Desktop wraps the official DSH Web UI in a native desktop app for macOS (Apple Silicon) and Windows x64 — no local Node.js needed. It adds Git integration (branch switch, commit, push, PR from the title bar), a right-panel with Files/Diff/Browser/Agents views, an integrated bottom terminal, model and reasoning-effort controls, light/dark themes with wallpaper browser, MCP/Skills/Plugin management via Settings, and a bundled dshmarket. Ctrl+, opens Settings.
Install
Download from https://github.com/ChisaAlter/Deepseek-Harness-Desktop/releases/latest (Windows x64 .exe or macOS arm64 .dmg)Windows: run .exe installer. macOS Apple Silicon: open .dmg, drag to Applications; if blocked by Gatekeeper right-click → Open or run: xattr -cr /Applications/Deepseek-Harness-Desktop.app. No local Node.js required — DSH is bundled.
