DSH skill authoring toolkit: scaffold + 9-gate quality audit for skills
dsh-skill-authoring is a plugin for creating and maintaining high-quality agent skills: skill_scaffold generates a compliant SKILL.md skeleton (frontmatter / whenToUse / Boundaries / QuickRef / Examples placeholders) plus references/index.md; skill_audit checks an existing SKILL.md against nine quality gates and prints a ✓/✗ table per gate; skill_check_name validates names against the DSH regex ^[a-z0-9]+(-[a-z0-9]+)*$. A skill-write-guard hook runs the audit automatically whenever write/edit targets a SKILL.md under ~/.dsh/skills/ and warns the agent when a file does not yet pass.
