DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin: local daily/weekly token usage dashboard and heatmap
A token-consumption heatmap panel for the DSH Web GUI: total token usage per day / per week across all projects on the machine, GitHub-contributions style. The host half listens to live session/event, flushes through DSH's durability barrier, and sends minimal usage deltas to a persistent Worker; the Worker owns SQLite, commits facts/checkpoints atomically, and serves one consistent snapshot endpoint; the client half registers a Token sidebar entry and renders the heatmap (weekly grid + daily view) from a single GET /api/token-dashboard/snapshot per open/refresh. CLI: dsh-token-dashboard status|verify|rebuild|backups|restore|cleanup. Opening the panel never scans session logs.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:apodemakeles/dsh-token-dashboarddsh plugin --profile web add github:apodemakeles/dsh-token-dashboard, then restart dsh web. The README states the npm package is not currently published — use the GitHub installation above (a dsh-token-dashboard npm name exists at 0.1.0 but the README's documented route is GitHub; not claimed). Then open any project session and click the Token entry in the sidebar. English README.
Compatibility
DSH Web GUI; persistent Worker projects usage into local SQLite (node:sqlite) at $DSH_HOME/data/token-dashboard/usage-v1.sqlite; total tokens = input + output + cache-read tokens.

FAQ
- How is usage recorded?
- A persistent Worker listens to live session events, flushes through the durability barrier, and projects minimal deltas into SQLite — opening the panel never scans session logs.
- What counts as total tokens?
- inputTokens + outputTokens + cacheReadTokens (cache reads count into the headline).
- Where is the database?
- $DSH_HOME/data/token-dashboard/usage-v1.sqlite (default ~/.dsh).
