Per-event sound notifications: turn completion, approval, question, plan-review, goal-blocked, and task-failure each get their own sound and volume, configurable in the Web UI (built-in synth, mute, or local audio file).
Sound notifications for the DeepSeek Harness Web UI: a customizable sound when a task finishes, and an attention sound whenever something needs a human. Six independent event types, each with its own sound and volume: turn end / background task completed (Chime), approval request (Ding), user question (Ding), plan review (Ding), goal blocked (Ding), and background/loop failure (Bell). Completion respects a 'quiet current session' option; attention events always ring. Sounds are built-in synthesized Web Audio (Ding/Chime/Bell/Complete/Success), mute, or local files stored in IndexedDB. Multiple tabs ring each event only once (BroadcastChannel tie-break).

FAQ
- Which events can make sound?
- Six: turn end / background task completed, approval request, user question, plan review, goal blocked, and background/loop failure — each with its own sound and volume.
- Can I use my own sounds?
- Yes — pick a local MP3/WAV file per event; uploaded files are stored in IndexedDB, immune to the localStorage quota.
- Do multiple tabs double-ring?
- No — the same event rings only once across tabs via a BroadcastChannel tie-break.
