vibeinging/dsh-turn-navigator
Private DSH Web turn navigation plugin
Adds a compact turn navigator to long DeepSeek Harness Web conversations. It follows the conversation scroll, previews a user turn when you hover a marker, and jumps to that turn when you click, staying hidden until a conversation contains at least three user turns. The README documents a required DSH Web slot, the reduced-motion and theme behaviour, and the fact that it loads older history only as far as it needs to decide whether the navigator should appear.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add -w "/path/to/dsh-turn-navigator"
dsh webREADME's Installation block quoted verbatim: the local installation path is used until a reviewed commit is available, and after the first reviewed push the pinned private revision can be installed with dsh plugin --profile web add -w github:dsh-external/dsh-turn-navigator#. The -w flag is required because a DSH profile is a pnpm workspace root, the checked-in lib/ output installs without rebuilding, and the README gives a removal form (dsh plugin --profile web remove -w @deepseek-ai/dsh-turn-navigator). Registry check 2026-09-17 returned 404 for @deepseek-ai/dsh-turn-navigator, consistent with the private-repository route.
Compatibility
README: it registers into the conversation.chat.navigator slot without owning or rendering it, so a compatible DSH Web build must ship that slot. The README notes light/dark theme support, keyboard focus and reduced-motion preferences, and that it loads only enough older history to decide whether to appear, without moving the reader's current position.

FAQ
- How do I install it?
- The README's installation is the local path — dsh plugin --profile web add -w "/path/to/dsh-turn-navigator" then dsh web — with a pinned private revision form once a reviewed commit is pushed.
- When does the navigator show up?
- Per the README it stays hidden until the conversation contains at least three user turns, then follows scroll, previews a turn on hover and jumps to it on click.
- Does it need a specific DSH build?
- Yes — the README says it registers into the conversation.chat.navigator slot but does not own it, so a compatible DSH Web build must ship that slot.
