TongFlow — multimodal AIGC workflow engine (canvas + Python plugin engine) and dsh-tongflow, the DeepSeek Harn
TongFlow is an open-source multi-modal GenAI workflow studio that lets you build creative pipelines using three primitive operations: Add (inputs), Transform (AI processing), and Compose (blending outputs). You can chain text, image, audio, and video nodes to produce talking-head avatars, image composites, and AI-generated media — all without complex parameter tuning. The plugin-based architecture means each capability node can be swapped for community plugins.
Install
pip install tongflowInstalls the Python SDK for TongFlow self-hosted. Alternatively, download the desktop app (macOS/Windows/Linux, ~10 MB) from github.com/tong-io/tongflow/releases and sign in to start. Cloud studio at app.tongflow.com requires no local install.
Compatibility
Requires Node.js for self-hosted core; Python 3.x for SDK (pypi: tongflow). Desktop app wraps the cloud studio — sign in with Google or WeChat. Self-hosted option via Docker or source. AGPL-3.0 licensed.

FAQ
- How do I install TongFlow?
- Fastest: download the ~10 MB desktop app from github.com/tong-io/tongflow/releases and sign in. Or use the cloud studio at app.tongflow.com — no install required. Self-hosted: pip install tongflow (Python SDK) or clone and run with Docker.
- What can TongFlow build?
- TongFlow supports text-to-image, image composition, text-to-speech, talking-head avatars, and lip-sync video generation by chaining Add/Transform/Compose nodes. Official plugins cover most capabilities out of the box.
- Is TongFlow a DSH plugin?
- TongFlow is a standalone workflow studio that works alongside DSH — it's in the DSH ecosystem but runs as its own application, not inside DSH's plugin slot.
