Install

Full deployment guide: https://mobius-system.github.io/mobius/en/. Container install (Docker) is recommended. Bare-metal requires tmux, git, Python 3, Node.js, and npm install -g @openai/codex or @anthropic-ai/claude-code. After conf_prepare.py and conf_check.py, cd mobius && npm install && cd frontend && npm install. Web interface available immediately after startup.

- Mobius is a full Agent OS, not a plugin installed with dsh plugin --profile web add. It wraps and orchestrates DSH as one of several integrated agents. You self-host the Mobius server and access it via browser, mobile app, or TUI. DSH plugins still work inside Mobius, but Mobius itself provides project management, multi-agent coordination, and self-evolution on top.
- Can I install Mobius on Windows?
- Yes. As of August 2026, a Windows one-key PowerShell install is available. WSL is an alternative for full Linux-compatible deployment. The bare-metal Linux path is most thoroughly documented.
