Structured memory engine for DeepSeek Harness

dsh-mneme is a structured, cross-session memory engine that stores durable facts as human-readable Markdown on the local machine. It can inject relevant memories into new sessions, consolidate duplicates in the background, merge related material, and archive older records without tying memory survival to the chat window. Optional entity extraction creates more structured recall, while settings determine whether deleting a session preserves its memories and whether embeddings use a local provider.
