MicroHEROX/dsh-exa-mcp

Mounts the hosted Exa search MCP endpoint (https://mcp.exa.ai/mcp) through the in-box @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client bridge: web_search_exa and web_fetch_exa tools, anonymous on the free tier or with your own EXA_API_KEY.

Brings Exa — the neural web search and fetch engine — into DeepSeek Harness. Connects to Exa's hosted MCP endpoint (mcp.exa.ai/mcp, Streamable HTTP) through the MCP client bridge that ships with DSH. The install footprint is minimal: a pure configuration bundle that adds one row to the composed cordis.yml; it never touches your deepseek-harness installation and no code runs in the dsh process. Agents get Exa's neural search and web fetch as MCP tools.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add github:MicroHEROX/dsh-exa-mcp

GitHub install per README (English, recommended, requires pnpm): npm install -g pnpm then dsh plugin --profile web add github:MicroHEROX/dsh-exa-mcp, then dsh web. After a github: install, verify the plugin row appears in the composed config when the route to github.com is unstable. Pure configuration bundle: one patch layer, no build step, no runtime API — no code runs in the dsh process; the upstream is Exa's official hosted MCP endpoint (mcp.exa.ai/mcp, Streamable HTTP).

Compatibility

DeepSeek Harness web profile. Requires pnpm for github: installs; connects to Exa's hosted MCP endpoint. Requires an Exa API key.
