MangMax/dsh-themes

Look & theme plugin for the DSH Web UI: built-in palettes, light/dark/follow-system appearance modes, Open VSX theme search & install, and VS Code theme import with a persisted theme library.

A look-and-theme engine for the DeepSeek Harness web GUI: built-in palettes with light/dark/follow-system appearance modes, an Open VSX search-and-install flow for importing themes from the VS Code ecosystem, and a VS Code theme importer (local extension scan, URL fetch, or pasted JSON) powered by an OKLCH-aware perceptual mapping engine with contrast gating. Every theme becomes a card with light/dark variant slots; a color editor lets you rename themes and tweak grouped tokens with instant effect. The DSH native appearance is itself the fallback theme, so deleting the in-use imported theme simply reverts.

FAQ

Can I import a theme from the VS Code marketplace?
Yes — the plugin searches Open VSX in one request (icon/author/license/rating shown) and one-click import downloads, parses, and merges the extension; VS Code import also works from local extension folders, URLs, or pasted JSON.
What happens if I delete the theme I'm using?
Deleting the in-use imported theme (or clicking 'Restore default theme') falls back to the DSH native appearance, which is itself a selectable default theme card.
Where are my themes stored?
The theme library persists to ~/.dsh/dsh-themes.json; stored data is language-neutral and localized at render time.
