dsh-self-improved adds the two capabilities it argues DSH lacks out of the box — cross-session memory and self-evolution. Memory: conversation key points (facts/preferences/events/instructions) are distilled into a local store and relevant memories are injected before each new turn. Self-evolution: memories are consolidated, decayed and corrected; successful workflows distill into reusable skills; the user persona keeps evolving. Architecture follows the four-layer TencentDB Agent Memory pyramid (L0 capture → L1 extraction → L2 scene grouping → L3 persona) on DSH-native services with a fully local SQLite store (FTS5 + jieba + sqlite-vec). Milestones M0–M6 are complete and deployed to a real web profile: extraction pipeline with strict JSON validation, hybrid keyword/vector recall (RRF), skill synthesis to dsh-skill, a settings panel with /memory command and memory browser, plus growth governance (caps/cleanup, nightly review default 22:00, 15-min maintenance-only loop, master switch).
