A configuration packer for DeepSeek Harness: packs your local Agent assets into zip archives, module by module, for migration (move your whole setup to a new machine) or sharing (hand your Skills to other people). Packable modules: skills (~/.dsh/skills), sessions (.zstd records), profiles (excluding node_modules), settings (settings.yaml), presets (.agent-presets) and memory (excluding backups). Two built-in presets — Migrate (every module) and Share (skills only, sessions/memory auto-excluded). A privacy scan runs automatically before packing and hard-blocks on any hit in share mode; the file list is confirmed before writing.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add ./dsh-packerInstall as a local bundle from the project directory: dsh plugin add . (then add dsh-packer to the profile's dsh.profile.bundles list, or use pnpm link during development). No npm package — npm 404 verified 2026-08-30. Restart DSH, then open Settings → Config Packer tab or run /pack.
