Community plugins for DeepSeek Harness
A monorepo of independently published DSH plugins. dsh-usage adds per-turn token summaries, estimated model cost, a Settings → Usage page with totals by model / session / turn, and a GitHub-style 52-week activity heatmap — it replays Harness's existing session log instead of creating another usage database, and participation in the public DSH Community leaderboard is aggregate-only and disabled by default. dsh-redact performs fail-closed canonical tool-output tokenization before the model and Session persistence. The repository also carries apps/dsh-community, a Cloudflare Worker + D1 public usage leaderboard.
Install
npx --yes --package=@deepseek-ai/dsh --package=pnpm@11.9.0 -- dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-usageREADME "Install in 30 seconds" quoted verbatim, including the explicit pnpm 11.9.0 pin (the README warns pnpm 11.7.0 can fail while installing the plugin). Registry-verified live 2026-09-13 with a matching repository field (github.com/kestiny18/dsh-plugins): dsh-usage 0.2.5 and dsh-redact 0.1.0. The README notes requirements are Node.js 22.18 or newer and an existing DSH Web profile, and that you should restart Harness after the first installation so the Web client discovers the plugin. Follow up with npx --yes @deepseek-ai/dsh --profile web --dump-config to confirm the mount.
Compatibility
Node.js 22.18+ and an existing DSH Web profile per the package README. The README pins the verified pnpm 11.9.0 install baseline. Packages are published independently from GitHub Releases through npm Trusted Publishing (no long-lived npm token), with package-specific tags such as dsh-usage-v0.1.1; normal releases use the npm latest tag and GitHub prereleases use next.

FAQ
- How do I install dsh-usage?
- The README's 30-second install: npx --yes --package=@deepseek-ai/dsh --package=pnpm@11.9.0 -- dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-usage, then restart Harness and open Settings → Usage.
- Why is pnpm pinned?
- The README deliberately pins the verified pnpm 11.9.0 installation baseline and states pnpm 11.7.0 can fail while installing the plugin.
- Is the usage data sent anywhere?
- No by default. The plugin replays the local session log, and the optional DSH Community leaderboard participation is aggregate-only and disabled by default; local Usage is independent of Community login and network availability.
