DeepSeek Harness Web client plugin that displays real-time DeepSeek API balance.
Adds a DeepSeek Balance tab to the DSH Web settings plugin area. It shows the live balance from the official GET https://api.deepseek.com/user/balance endpoint (availability plus every balance_infos entry), records one balance point per day in localStorage and draws a trend line once two points exist, and optionally reads daily cost and token usage from the DeepSeek Platform using a pasted userToken — rendering a bar+line chart of daily cost and tokens via ECharts, with summary stats for total cost, request count, input/output/cached tokens and cache hit rate. A draggable always-on-top mini window shows the latest balance and a sparkline.
