DeepSeek-Harness Migration Plugin is a tool designed for [DeepSeek-Harness](https://github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness

Safely migrates configuration signals and session history from Codex, Claude Code, Qoder (qcoder alias accepted), and OpenCode into DeepSeek Harness. Three model-facing tools: external_migration_scan (read-only inventory; no transcript bodies, no returned credentials, no writes), external_migration_preview (read-only parsing with short transcript previews), and external_migration_import (requires confirm=true; writes native Harness sessions and exports a reviewable configuration bundle). Source files are never modified, credentials are never copied, and MCP secrets are replaced with environment-variable references — generated MCP configuration is not applied automatically.
