dsh-claude-compat bridges Claude Code's .claude/ directory into DeepSeek Harness natively — reuse skills, slash commands, rules, agents, hooks, and MCP servers with zero migration. It maps .claude/skills to DSH skills, .claude/commands to DSH commands, .claude/rules to rules (project rules override user rules with the same basename), .claude/agents to DSH agents, .claude/hooks to a hooks bridge, and .claude/settings.json MCP servers to the DSH MCP client (command → stdio, url → streamable-http; malformed entries or a missing @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client degrade to a warning, never a crash). Installed Claude Code plugin-marketplace plugins contribute skills/commands/agents via each install's plugin.json manifest at rank 750, with plugin MCP servers mounted only when enablePluginMcp is opted in. It also adds three management skills: /cc-plugin, plus full Claude Code command integration.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-claude-compat@latestInstall with dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-claude-compat@latest (or from source with dsh plugin --profile web add github:biedongbin/dsh-claude-compat), then restart. Claude Code itself must be installed (npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code) for marketplace management features. Node >= 20. MIT licensed.

DeepSeek Harness with Node >= 20. Reads project .claude/ and user ~/.claude/ directories: skills, slash commands, rules, agents, hooks, and MCP servers. Priority: project .claude (rank 50) > DSH native .dsh (ranks 100-600) > ~/.claude (rank 700); same-name items deduped with fixed priority. CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md are not touched — DSH's built-in dsh-agent-instructions already handles those.

- No — it reads project .claude/ and user ~/.claude/ and maps their contents into DSH; CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md are not touched because DSH's built-in dsh-agent-instructions already handles them.
- How are name collisions resolved?
- Fixed priority: project .claude (rank 50) > DSH native .dsh (ranks 100-600) > ~/.claude (rank 700); a project skill always overrides DSH-native and user copies.
- Are Claude Code plugin MCP servers mounted automatically?
- Only when enablePluginMcp is opted in — mounting third-party MCP servers is a bigger trust step than listing skills, so it stays opt-in.
