Fullstack Expert is a Cordis-native workflow and safety layer for DeepSeek Harness coding agents — 'not a smarter model but a more disciplined engineering loop'. It applies a scoped methodology prompt (understand → inspect → design → plan → implement → test → review → verify) and two deep model-facing operations: fullstack_plan (bounded repository inspection plus a vertical-slice plan) and fullstack_check (read-only project checks with explicit evidence recording). A deterministic FullstackExpertRuntime state seam tracks phase, tasks, evidence and compact event facts; embedded narrow skills register through native ctx.skills; a complexity governor decides based on requirement, reuse, native platform, dependencies and safety controls; a permission classifier plus an approval-aware pre-execute gate delegate sensitive operations to native Harness approval and fail closed when approval is unavailable. Optional read-only Supabase project-evidence detection is included. V0.1 honestly scopes itself: no browser driver, shell executor, filesystem backend or model provider — it reuses those capabilities when the selected Harness composition exposes them.
