The input box enters/exits Plan mode with one click (shortcut click on /plan), DSH web plug-in

Adds a one-click enter/exit Plan mode button to the DSH web input bar — a checklist icon at the left end of the input tool row that runs the official /plan toggle. The button hides itself while Plan mode is active (the official plan card takes over, no duplicated indicator), a pending-switch guard disables it while a toggle is queued, and it follows plan state live through the official projection regardless of entry point.

FAQ

Does this replace the built-in /plan command?
No — the button is a quick-click shortcut that runs the official /plan toggle command. The built-in command and chip continue to work.
Why does the button disappear in Plan mode?
It hides itself so there is never a duplicated indicator — the official plan card takes over the status display while Plan mode is active.
What platforms are supported?
macOS, Windows and Linux are all fully supported per the README.
